Technical Sales Assistant (m/w)

On an exclusive mandate from our client, a renowned, market-leading machine engineering company based in the Winterthur area, we are seeking a Technical Sales Assistant (m/w) # In this versatile role, you will advise national and international customers on your company's innovative products. You will be responsible for order processing from A to Z (quotations, deliveries, invoices), coordinate orders for various customer projects, and perform a wide range of tasks in sales support and dispatching. Additionally, you will provide support for tasks in product management and actively contribute to the introduction of new products, including pricing. You will identify market trends and successfully implement them. For your customers, you will be the competent contact person for product-related questions and advise them in German, English, and French. The close collaboration with various internal departments (e.g., AVOR, purchasing, marketing) makes your task even more exciting and versatile. To be successful in this responsible position, you should have completed a basic commercial training or have a technical background and a commercial further education (e.g., technical merchant). You should have already gained several years of experience in a similar role in sales support and order processing (industry) with consulting international customers. You communicate confidently in German, English (word and writing), and very well in French. Additionally, you bring good MS-Office skills and experience in handling ERP systems (SAP, Navision, ProAlpha, etc.).
