January 2027 or by arrangement Work location: Bern The BIZ vocational counseling and information centers of the Canton of Bern advise and accompany young people and adults in educational, vocational and career decisions. For the counseling business unit, we are looking for a dedicated specialist who develops new services, continues existing offers and actively helps shape future topics. Your tasks <br /> • You develop and design new services and offers for vocational, study and career counseling for young people and adults • You take over the product management for existing services and ensure their quality, relevance and further development • You analyze societal, educational and labor market-related developments and derive impulses for offer development from them • You advise and support employees and managers in technical questions • You represent the BSLB in cantonal and inter-institutional specialist committees as well as towards relevant partner organizations • You plan and accompany projects and technical developments in the counseling business unit • You organize and design technical exchange and further training formats • You prepare decision-making bases, concepts and technical information for the management and the business units of the BIZ Kanton Bern <br /> Your profile <br /> • University degree in psychology, educational or social sciences or a comparable field of study • Qualifying degree in vocational, study and career counseling • Ideally several years of professional experience in vocational, study and career counseling, in educational counseling or in a related field • Experience in the development, implementation or further development of services, projects or products • You bring in-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: migration and diversity as well as inter-institutional cooperation (RAV, IV, social services) • Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as pleasure in putting new ideas into practice • High communication and networking competence as well as confidence in dealing with different stakeholder groups • Independent, structured and proactive way of working • German or French as the main language with very good knowledge of the respective other language <br /> We offer you We offer you a meaningful activity with an impact on educational and career development in the Canton of Bern. • Much scope for creativity in the development of new services and offers • A motivated, interdisciplinary working environment and a wide cantonal network • Flexible forms of work as well as attractive employment conditions of the Canton of Bern • Diverse further training and development opportunities The position is initially limited to one year.
