At our state-approved private school with over 100 students and more than 50 employees, we teach children and adolescents from kindergarten to the 10th school year.

You will assume the overall operational responsibility of the school and directly lead our three department heads. In doing so, you will actively help shape the future of our school.

• Leadership and development of the department heads
• Responsibility for personnel, recruitment and personnel development
• Further development of organization and pedagogical quality
• Responsibility for an efficient use of personnel and financial resources
• Co-shaping of the strategic and entrepreneurial development
• Cooperation with employees, parents, specialist agencies and authorities

You are a leadership personality who can win people over, make decisions and take responsibility.

Ideally, you possess:

• several years of leadership and personnel experience from the private sector
• experience in the educational, social or comparable environment
• understanding of children and adolescents with special needs
• business and entrepreneurial thinking
• organizational talent, decisiveness and healthy pragmatism
• empathy, clarity and a good dose of humor

School management training and/or business administration further education is an advantage – however, for us, personality, leadership competence and the will to shape things are decisive.
