To complete our team at our Brasserie de la Place in Saint-Imier, we are looking for a SOMMELIER / SOMMELIÈRE ## Occupation rate: 100% Tasks: • You are responsible for the setup and preparation of the tables and the dining room • You manage the welcome, plate service, and payments in a professional and pleasant manner Profile : • Successful experience in a similar position (fairly busy brasserie) • Sense of hospitality, pleasant personality and neat presentation • Good oral understanding/expression of French • Pleasant, smiling personality, of a calm and organized nature • Autonomous, dynamic and flexible Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
