• Professional guidance as well as targeted promotion and development of FaGe learners and HF/FH Nursing students, practice-oriented, concept-based and individually tailored to the trainees
• Actively help shape development within the Surgery Ward management team, especially in the areas of training
• Together within the vocational training team, further develop training on the ward and support the nursing team in guiding trainees
• Create diverse learning opportunities through deployment in direct care and ensure competent and holistic patient care together with the trainees, predominantly in the early shift
• Utilize diverse development and exchange formats in the training network, network professionally and continuously develop your own vocational pedagogical competence

Become part of the Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at Spital Zollikerberg. Under one roof, we unite the areas of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Nephrology with dialysis center, the emergency station, the eye center, the Medical Ambulatory, the day clinic as well as other specialized areas. The Clinic for Internal Medicine cares for over 2'500 inpatient patients annually, the Clinic for Surgery cares for over 1'500 inpatient patients. With more than 6'000 emergency consultations and over 450 patients in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, we offer a versatile and demanding medical working environment.

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl Pflegefachmann
• Further training in the field of vocational education (e.g., CAS, SVEB) or the readiness to complete it
