Accountant with HR skills (M/F) between 50% to 60%

For one of our clients, a company established in the Porrentruy region, we are looking for an experienced accountant wishing to put their skills at the service of a dynamic structure.

Your mission:
You ensure the management of the company's accounting while participating in administrative activities related to human resources.

Accounting:
Full management of general accounting, from entry of transactions to closing

Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable

Monitoring of payments, collections, and bank reconciliations

Preparation of VAT returns

Participation in periodic and annual closings

Monitoring and control of current accounting operations

Human resources:

Administrative management of personnel files

Monitoring of absences, holidays, and other HR data

Participation in administrative formalities related to personnel entries and exits

Support in various HR administrative tasks

Your profile

Commercial training with a specialization in accounting or training deemed equivalent

Confirmed experience in a similar function indispensable

Excellent mastery of general accounting, including closing operations

Good knowledge of HR administrative processes

Comfort with IT tools and accounting software

Rigorous, organized, and trustworthy personality

Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating good team spirit

Discretion and respect for confidentiality
