HR Assistant (m, f, d) 40-50%

In this exciting role, you will be a contact person for our employees for various questions and concerns and will support the HR Manager in the care of the employees.

Your area of responsibility corely includes the following interesting activities:

• Participation in personnel administration from entry to exit
• Participation in monthly payroll processing
• Co-organizing various personnel events
• Support of the HR Manager in advising employees on various HR-relevant issues
• Participation in HR-relevant projects

In order for you to convince with your competencies, you bring the following with you:

• Commercial basic training with experience and/or further training in human resources
• Confident handling of common MS Office programs, experience with ABACUS an advantage
• Discreet and reliable personality
• Service-oriented and structured way of working
• Joy in working in a team, open communication
