Legal Officer in charge of the CCRI (Permanent Commission for Tax Appeals) (50%)

• 20 July 2026 • 50% • Indefinite duration • Lausanne The Permanent Commission for Municipal Tax and Special Tax Appeals (CCRI) is responsible for ruling on appeals that cantonal legislation places within its competence (cf. art 45 LIC). In this context, you will prepare draft judicial decisions, provide legal advice, and manage the registry during hearings. The CCRI is attached to the Communal Council. Main mission(s) ### Ensure the follow-up of CCRI cases, receive and draft legal documents Administer the work of the CCRI and fulfill the role of legal clerk Draft draft decisions for the CCRI Organize and direct the minutes of the hearings Manage correspondence, maintain the docket, and provide secretariat services for the CCRI Profile ### Master's degree in law or an equivalent title, bar admission is an asset 2 years of professional experience in administrative law and/or within a registry Excellent knowledge of the Swiss and Vaudois judicial organization Knowledge of Vaudois administrative procedure (LPA-VD) and tax law Excellent listening, communication, and writing skills Autonomy, organizational skills, and dynamism Special conditions ### Clean criminal record be available one evening per week for hearings Place of work ### Escaliers du Marché, 2, 1003 Lausanne Salary class ### 12 Start date ### 1 November 2026 or by arrangement Information ### M.
