With appropriate suitability and performance, the position offers you the opportunity in the medium term to take on a supporting role in our company and our Executive Board.

Your tasks

• You look after demanding institutional clients, in particular pension funds, foundations (experience with BVV2 mandates is a mandatory requirement)
• In direct exchange with boards of trustees, investment committees, management and investment consultants, you manage and develop client relationships
• Selected high-net-worth private clients and entrepreneurs also belong to your client portfolio
• You will gradually take over existing client relationships with the aim of growing into them in the long term
• You represent our investment philosophy competently and convincingly to clients and external partners
• You work closely with our Portfolio Management and the Executive Board
• You represent our well-positioned brand externally
• In the medium term, you will take on additional leadership and departmental responsibility within the Executive Board
• Bringing your own clients or assets is not a requirement

Your profile

• More than 10 years of practical experience with proven success in the service and management of institutional asset management mandates in a function subject to FINMA authorization
• Sound practical experience with Swiss pension funds and BVV2 mandates
• Several years of leadership experience. You enjoy developing employees, taking on responsibility and helping to shape entrepreneurial decisions
• Very good understanding of the capital markets as well as of equities and bonds
• Experience in dealing with institutional investment consultants is an advantage
• Solid financial education at university or technical college level; CFA or comparable further training is an advantage
• You are a quality-conscious, loyal and analytically strong personality
• You convince with a confident, authentic and competent appearance
• Team-oriented work and an open communication culture are important to you
• The needs of our clients are always your top priority
