Contact Center Collaborator, 40% What awaits you You make contact by telephone with our clients and arrange appointments with individuals interested in a consultation. You coordinate the appointments with our client advisors. You are interested in financial questions and make use during interviews of the knowledge you have acquired and deepened with us. What you bring You are a committed person and have easy contact. You conduct structured conversations and express yourself fluently in French and German. You have experience in the financial sector or in contact with customers. You work in an informal and open environment, in the city center of Lausanne. Teleworking is not possible for this position. Flexible working hours (from Monday to Friday), with at least once a week where you work in the evening team, until 7:30 pm.
