To strengthen the management team, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurially thinking personality as Operations Manager Spitex 100% immediately or by agreement. Your responsibility In this versatile leadership function, you will take over the operational management of the organization and ensure a high-quality, economical, and customer-oriented Spitex care together with your team. Your main tasks include: Operational overall responsibility for the operation Leadership, development, and promotion of employees Ensuring quality and compliance with legal requirements Responsibility for economy, planning, and resource management Further development of services and optimization of processes Building a appreciative corporate culture with high employee satisfaction Ensuring professional, empathetic, and respectful care for our customers Your profile You have leadership experience in the healthcare sector and combine business management thinking with high social competence. You bring: A degree as a nursing specialist HF/FH or a business management training (e.g. MAS Health Management or Social Management) Several years of leadership experience, preferably in the Spitex sector Professional license as a nursing specialist HF/FH Experience in deployment planning, resource control, and productivity management Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced leadership and organizational skills High social competence, empathy, and decision-making pleasure Very good German language skills in word and writing Residence in the Zürichsee region is an advantage Driver's license category B (mandatory) What to expect You can expect a responsible leadership task with a lot of creative leeway in an appreciative work environment.
