Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Overall responsibility for internal and external communication of the Division Service as well as Employer Branding • Development, coordination and control of the communication strategy and measures for over 90 locations in 25 countries worldwide • Conception and implementation of division-wide communication projects in close cooperation with Group Communications • Leadership and further development of an employee • Consulting and coaching of executives on communication topics and crisis communication YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES • Completed degree in the field of communication, marketing, journalism or comparable training • In-depth knowledge of strategic and operational corporate communication, particularly in creating texts and digital communication formats • Experience in an international, decentrally organized company as well as in the implementation of cross-country communication projects is an advantage • High independence, hands-on mentality as well as the ability to prioritize and drive topics forward • Enjoyment of working with different stakeholders and leading a small team • Fluent German and English skills in word and writing YOUR BENEFITS • Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscription • Health promotion: subsidy for fitness subscription and fruit baskets • Support for further training opportunities (financially or with part-time options) Marina Frick CHRO Division Service
