What you accomplish ###

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installations (milk processing processes, product packaging and logistics chain) to ensure optimal operation
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes
• Use root cause analysis methods to investigate problems and implement corrective actions, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and performance of the installations
• Participate in the identification and management of spare parts, in collaboration with the technical store, to guarantee the availability of parts and minimize unplanned downtime
• Ensure continuous operation of equipment by participating in the on-call service

What you bring ###

• Bildung: Completed initial or continuing education
• Specialization: in the technical field (automation, polymechanics, automotive mechanics, heavy goods or agricultural) or training deemed equivalent
• Professional experience: Confirmed experience in industrial maintenance (an asset)
• Ability to work independently, analytical mind and solution-oriented
• Good team spirit and flexibility
• Knowledge of maintenance management IT tools such as SAP PM or other GMAO as well as MS Office
• Resident in the region due to the on-call service (max. 30 minutes drive)
• French (B1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
