For our location in Luzern, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality for our sales and customer service, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks Support of our customers and partners via telephone, e-mail and in the shop Support in the sale of E-Bikes, accessories and spare parts Order processing, invoicing and shipping of spare parts Coordination of services, repairs and test rides with partners Assistance with administrative and organizational tasks in the shop and customer service Your profile Technical understanding and interest in bicycles and E-Bikes Technical or commercial basic training Enjoyment of customer contact and sales Organized, independent and reliable way of working Very good German skills, other languages an advantage Digital affinity, confident handling of MS Office and relevant software tools Readiness to work regularly according to our shop opening hours.
