Head of Finance and Accounting 60%-80%

Sought for a reputable construction company in the Biel / Solothurn area! Head of Finance and Accounting Area of responsibility: • Preparation of annual and interim financial statements, internal and cost accounting • Preparation of the budget • Maintaining the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers incl. preparation of VAT returns • Preparation of tax returns for legal entities • Contact person for banks, auditors, insurance advisors, tax advisors, and authorities • Preparing audits for various institutions (BDO audit, payroll controls PBK, VAT audit, AHV/SUVA audit, etc.) • Liquidity planning and providing payment orders • Clarification with banks regarding investment financing • Supporting the management with significant economic decisions • Further development of controlling, work processes, and the digitalization strategy • Commercial management of ARGE accounting incl. financial statements • Maintaining subsidiary ledgers Requirements: • Specialist in finance and accounting with Federal Diploma (eidg. FA) or equivalent training • Several years of experience in a comparable function • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) • Experience with the software A3 and Baubit Pro is an advantage • Experience in project management desired • Quick comprehension, entrepreneurial mindset • Proficient German in spoken and written form
