Co-Lead Psychologist / Co-Lead Psychologist (focus on children and adolescents) (50-100%) The University of Luzern is a modern, personal and dynamic human sciences university in the heart of Switzerland and Europe. In autumn 2026, the psychotherapeutic practice site of the University of Luzern will begin its operations. It is assigned to the chairs for Clinical Psychology (Prof. Dr. Andrew Gloster) and Child and Adolescent Psychology (Prof. Dr. Hediger) of the Faculty of Behavioral Sciences and Psychology and will offer a scientifically based range of services for the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses throughout the entire lifespan. We are looking for, as of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, a Co-Lead Psychologist / Co-Lead Psychologist (focus on children and adolescents) (50-100%) Responsibilities Co-shaping the establishment and the organizational and professional further development of the psychotherapeutic practice site Professional co-leadership of the practice site team (shared with co-lead person focus on adults) Ensuring the (therapeutic) quality of the practice site Leadership of the practice site personnel (psychotherapists, administration) Professional responsibility for psychotherapists in training Leading team meetings and case discussions Ideally conducting supervisions in individual and group settings Conducting psychotherapeutic treatments Collaboration with university chairs as well as external specialist centers, referrers and insurance companies Requirements Completed university degree (Master) in psychology Further training to become a federally recognized psychotherapist Fulfillment of the requirements for the professional practice license in the Canton of Luzern as well as for admission to OKP billing Psychotherapeutic experience (desirably at least 3 years) and sound knowledge in diagnostics A specialization in supervision is desired, but not a requirement Proven leadership experience Resilient and solution-oriented High team and social competence Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting Interest in scientific work Enjoyment of establishment and development work We offer A responsible activity in an appreciative and collegial environment Participation in a young, dynamic institution with versatile development opportunities Opportunity to help shape and grow from the beginning A centrally located workplace in Luzern The position is initially limited to two years, with the intention of converting it into a permanent employment relationship afterwards.
