You take responsibility for the entire nursing process – from the admission situation to discharge – and ensure high-quality, needs-based care You know the process of needs assessment for health insurance companies and process all necessary documents efficiently and correctly You work closely with doctors, hospitals, Spitex organizations, health insurance companies, as well as other external partners and ensure a smooth flow of information You lead and support our caregivers in the nursing context and are their professional contact person. You control the recorded hours and ensure correct and transparent documentation. Your profile: A training as Dipl.
