Then you are exactly right in our forwarding team in the Manufacturing and Logistics area. In this versatile function in a dynamic environment, you will independently process international export and cross-trade transports for machines and systems. In doing so, you coordinate deliveries from various worldwide production sites and advise Sales and Project Management on Incoterms, transport concepts, as well as customs and documentation issues. This is where you will shine You coordinate international deliveries from various production sites, organize multimodal transports, and thereby specifically control international transport processes You create and check export-, customs-, and letter of credit-compliant shipping and commercial documents You obtain transport offers and evaluate them regarding costs, duration, routing, equipment, and possible risks You commission freight forwarders, monitor shipping dates, and coordinate the entire transport process You ensure compliance with all relevant customs, export control, origin, and preference regulations and communicate proactively with internal interfaces, international locations, and external partners These are the required skills Commercial basic training as well as several years of experience in administrative export processing; further training in foreign trade or in the forwarding industry is an advantage Sound knowledge of Incoterms, export and customs documentation, as well as international transports, especially in the area of ocean freight Confident handling of transport documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, as well as certificates of origin and preference; experience with Letters of Credit, project logistics, or machine and system exports is an advantage Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with internal and external partners Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing as well as good MS Office skills; SAP experience is an advantage Do you have questions?
