Specialist Psychologist in Lenzburg (m/f/d), 60-100% For our Lenzburg outpatient clinic, we are looking for reinforcement in the field of psychotherapy starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Autonomous implementation of outpatient psychotherapies in collaboration with specialist doctors in psychiatry • Autonomous direction and co-direction of psychotherapeutic group therapies • Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external services • Participation in team meetings, intervision, and supervision Your profile • Degree in psychology or equivalent as well as advanced or completed training in psychotherapy • Experience in the field of addiction-related and/or trauma-related disorders is an asset • Desire to get involved and contribute ideas to be a good companion towards greater self-determination for those concerned • Openness, creativity, collaborative spirit, sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and motivation • Strong identification with the mission and conceptual bases of the therapeutic work of the Im Hasel AG clinic • We expect an attitude marked by respect and consideration in contact with our patients.
