Job Description ### For a successful and established company in the sanitary sector, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as an Internal Sales Administrator in the sanitary sector (m/f/d) starting immediately. The position is aimed at trained sanitary installers who want to take the step from manual work into the office and enjoy using their expertise in an administrative and customer-oriented function. Initial experience in internal sales is an advantage, but not a requirement. Motivation and the willingness to learn commercial tasks are important. The place of work is located in Zürich.   Tasks   In this versatile function, you will competently support customers with all concerns related to the sanitary sector. Your daily tasks include the creation and processing of offers, written correspondence via e-mail, as well as telephone consultation and support of customers. In doing so, you will work closely with internal departments, clarify technical questions, and ensure that customer inquiries are processed reliably and in a service-oriented manner. Through your practical experience in the sanitary sector, you understand the needs of the customers and contribute to professional and efficient order processing.   Requirements   You have completed training as a Sanitärinstallateur EFZ. Should you have already gained initial experience in internal sales, administration, or customer service, this is a plus point. Applications from sanitary professionals seeking to change to the office are equally welcome. You enjoy customer contact, work reliably and in a structured manner, and have good communication skills. In addition, you are characterized by a quick grasp, willingness to learn, and an independent way of working. Very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as routine user knowledge of common Office programs, round off your profile.
