Our client is a leading Swiss company in precision and metal manufacturing based in the Lake Zurich region. To strengthen the production team, we are looking for several machine operators for the 2-shift operation, effective immediately or by arrangement. An entry via the «Try & Hire» model is offered: You start in a temporary assignment and, subject to mutual suitability, have a real option for permanent employment.

Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of production machines in 2-shift operation
• Ensuring a smooth and qualitatively flawless production process
• Carrying out quality and functional controls
• Rectifying minor malfunctions as well as changeover and cleaning work
• Documentation of production data
• Working hours: 2-shift operation

Your profile:

• Experience in machine operation and technical understanding
• Mechanical flair is an advantage
• Readiness for shift work
• Reliable, careful and quality-conscious way of working
• Good German language skills
