Profile sought \- Nursing Assistant diploma \- Minimum two years of experience in acute care mandatory, ideally in a CHU \- Mastery of French at a B2 level Professional and personal qualities expected \- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team \- Ease in communication with patients and colleagues \- Autonomy in the organization and execution of tasks \- Empathy, sense of human contact and a calm attitude \- Rigor in work organization Main responsibilities \- Monitoring the health status of patients, following vital parameters and transmitting observations \- Performing hygiene care, assistance with washing and dressing while promoting autonomy \- Support in daily activities, help with meals, monitoring hydration and support during movement \- Contribution to maintaining social ties through a benevolent and attentive presence \- Close collaboration with the nursing and medical team in order to guarantee the continuity and quality of care If you identify with this profile and wish to join a dedicated team, we will be happy to study your application!
