For our client, an international company, we are looking for a Technical Building Operator (m/w/d) starting immediately.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the availability of the technical building equipment, as well as compliant and economical plant operation throughout the entire useful life of the buildings.
• Responsibility for technical building and plant inspections, fault rectifications, maintenance, and continuous plant optimization (energy, costs).
• Responsibility for third-party company supervision and GMP-compliant documentation.
• Performing on-call duty and participating in various exciting projects.
• Utilizing expertise to effect change and benefiting from expertise in other areas through cooperation.
• Ensuring information exchange in the specialist departments and participating proactively and independently in self-organized teams.

Must Haves:

• Completed technical vocational training in the field of building technology (e.g., automation technician, ventilation fitter).
• Ideally, you are a maintenance specialist.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment.
• Basic knowledge of IT applications (Office, SAP, etc.).
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing.
• Independence and a proactive way of working.
• Team orientation and willingness to cooperate.
• Problem-solving ability and decisiveness.
• High willingness to take responsibility.
