The Personalamt implements strategic and operational tasks as the HR competence center for the entire Kantonale Verwaltung Graubünden. We contribute to making the Canton Graubünden an attractive and progressive employer. In our Personalberatung department, all departments, offices, courts, and institutions are competently advised and supported on topics along the HR lifecycle. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Business Partner as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
Advising and accompanying managers and personnel officers within your own area of responsibility within the cantonal administration
Responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle - from recruitment to development to exit.
Accompanying change processes and reorganizations
Accompanying recruitments (including personality profile analyses, assessments)
Advising and accompanying managers in succession planning and talent development
Conducting HR training for managers and employees
Leading and participating in projects to optimize and digitalize HR processes or specialist applications
Partner in the implementation of the HR strategy
What we wish for from you
Federal HR specialist certificate (Eidg. HR-Fachausweis) or university degree with a focus on Human Resources or similar field
Several years of experience in an advisory HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner
Independent, structured, reliable, and discreet way of working
Digital affinity and understanding of modern communication tools
Confident appearance as well as the ability to constructively accompany managers
Resilience and confident communication
Empathic, team-oriented, and authentic personality with a positive basic attitude
