Assistant Cook 60 -100 % Introduction The Gasthaus zum Schloss Falkenstein is a restaurant with four different and unique halls. The conservatory built in the Victorian style, the Schloss Restaurant which combines luxury and conviviality; the princely Schloss Stube and the Karussellsaal as our banquet room, which was built like a village square 50 years ago. In our premises, we have a total of 200 seating possibilities. Opening hours: Wednesday - Saturday from 14:00; Sunday from 11:00 – 16:00 Responsibilities • Preparation of ingredients for the cooks • Independently managing the Garde Manger station • Support of the cooks in the preparation of dishes • Cleaning of the kitchen and the kitchen equipment • Dishwashing • Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Qualifications • Several years of experience in a gastronomy kitchen • Basic knowledge in the kitchen • Teamwork skills and reliability • Good German language skills Benefits • Working in a dynamic and motivated team • Organized processes • Varied tasks • Duty roster 1 month in advance • Attractive working hours (No split shifts, free every morning)
