Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing philosophy and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a reference person for nursing • Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Taking over daily responsibility • Taking over tasks as a theme bearer for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a specialist in health EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good knowledge of German in word and writing Why Tertianum?
