• 25 June 2026 • 100% • Temporary • Lausanne Psychiatric Nurse (m/f/d) - Temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment afterwards at 80 to 100 % For one of our clients active in the field of mental health in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a: Psychiatric Nurse (m/f/d) - 80 to 100 % Responsibilities • Ensure the global care of adult patients in psychiatry. • Accompany patients in their therapeutic project and the development of their autonomy. • Participate in the elaboration, implementation, and follow-up of individualized care projects. • Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to guarantee quality care. • Actively contribute to improvement projects and the development of services. • Participate in the on-call system according to the established schedule. Profile • HES Bachelor in nursing or equivalent title recognized in Switzerland. • Confirmed experience in psychiatry. • Excellent clinical skills in the care of patients suffering from psychiatric disorders. • Interest in therapeutic approaches, notably cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT). • Sense of organization, autonomy, and initiative. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. • Good stress management and sense of responsibility. Requirements • Diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. • Valid right to practice in Switzerland. • Excellent command of French, both oral and written. • Driver's license indispensable. • Valid work permit. • Residence located at a distance compatible with on-call interventions. Assets • CAS in psychiatry or additional training in the field of mental health. • Experience in psychotherapeutic approaches.
