To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. For our fast-growing oligonucleotide business unit, we are looking for a Chemical Laboratory Technician (a), 100% to strengthen our team in the further expansion of the R&D area.

In our new research laboratories, you will develop and optimize manufacturing processes from synthesis through purification to the final active ingredient and work on innovative technologies. Through practical induction, you will gain the necessary confidence to work independently and responsibly on our equipment. Do you enjoy working in a committed team and take pleasure in varied and challenging activities?

Your tasks:

• Preparation, execution, and careful documentation of development work or process optimizations in cooperation with the responsible chemist
• Support for the introduction (scale-up) of new processes into production
• Manufacture of small product quantities (non-GMP)
• Preparation and independent execution of analyses
• Interpretation of results and situational decision on further work together with the responsible chemist (e.g., based on analysis results)
• Maintenance of the laboratory's functionality

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Bachelor in Life Science, or comparable training or professional experience
• A structured, clean, and independent way of working
• Initiative and strong organizational skills
• High flexibility and teamwork skills
• Experienced use of common Microsoft Office programs
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
