For our client, an internationally active company in electronics manufacturing, we are looking for a technically savvy individual to start immediately or by arrangement. The company offers a modern production environment with innovative technologies, high quality standards, and varied tasks along the entire manufacturing process of electronic assemblies. To strengthen the production team, a committed and reliable specialist is being sought.

SMD Operator (m/w/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Operation and monitoring of modern SMT/SMD production lines in shift operation
• Setup and changeover of placement machines, printing machines, and reflow soldering systems
• Execution of production orders according to specifications and manufacturing documents
• Ensuring a smooth production process with regard to quality, quantity, and deadlines
• Monitoring and control of the manufacturing processes as well as the product quality
• Carrying out maintenance, cleaning, and repair work on the systems
• Support in error analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions in the production process
• Compliance with quality, safety, and process specifications
• Documentation of production and testing data
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments for continuous process improvement

Your Profile ###

• Completed technical training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in electronics manufacturing or in the field of SMT/SMD production
• Sound knowledge in the operation and monitoring of SMT production lines
• Experience with paste stencil printing, paste inspection, placement machines, reflow ovens, and AOI systems
• Technical understanding as well as high affinity for automated production systems
• Independent, careful, and quality-conscious way of working
• Team player, reliable, and resilient personality
• Readiness to work in two-shift operation
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• High sense of responsibility and strong quality thinking
