workload 60-80%

In the SPG in Baden, we offer an inpatient service for eight adolescents aged between 12 to 18 years with psychiatric indications. You support the adolescents as well as their systems with your pedagogical experience and competencies in the successful management of their developmental tasks.

Area of responsibility

• Care of the adolescents in everyday life
• Case management of two adolescents
• Ensuring cooperation and communication with parents, school and authorities
• Developing progress reports, conducting conversations, participation in follow-up discussions

Your profile

• Completed training in Sozialpädagogik HF, Soziale Arbeit FH or Dipl. Pflegefachperson Psychiatrie
• Ideally specialist competence in dealing with children and adolescents from burdened family systems
• Willingness to work irregular hours (night presence and weekend services)
