You will intervene in connection with the Development, Production and Quality teams to secure launches and improve industrial performance. Missions You will be in charge of the following responsibilities. Coordinate industrialization activities with the Development and Production teams. Guarantee the reliability of manufacturing data and the monitoring of the first productions. Drive the validation and scheduling of manufacturing via ERP tools. Update manufacturing procedures and manage corrective actions related to non-conformities. Organize and participate in industrial trials as well as the scale-up of new products. Contribute to risk analyses and continuous process improvement projects. Develop tools and methods promoting industrial transposition between different pieces of equipment. Support, train and assist production teams on manufacturing processes. Ensure quality controls in production and make the associated technical decisions. Monitor industrial equipment and perform technological monitoring. Candidate Profile Higher education in industrial processes, formulation or production. A first experience in industrialization, pilot manufacturing or a cosmetics environment. Good command of English and office tools.
