Concierge Services SA has been a leading company in the canton of Neuchâtel since 1990 and is active in the sectors of Cleaning, Ultra Cleaning, and Facility Services. To strengthen our Operations Department, we are looking for our future:

Inspector-Delivery Driver – 80%

Your missions

Management of the concierge services assigned to their route:

• Monitoring and implementation of services;
• Responsibility for formalized quality controls (according to instructions);
• Responsibility for formalized site visits (according to instructions);
• Organization and monitoring of employee training (according to instructions);
• Monitoring, control, and planning of employee holidays and replacements;
• Control and issuance of time sheets;
• Control of the work equipment provided (cleanliness and functionality);

Distribution of work material and products in collaboration with the Operations Manager and General Services;

Responsibility for the safety of employees on site (equipment, organization, elements related to QHSE and hygiene, OHS, etc.);

Application of the QHSE policy and given instructions;

Maintenance of the service vehicle provided.

Your profile

• Excellent knowledge of the main cleaning, maintenance, and restoration techniques;
• Good knowledge of the Labor Law and the CCT of the cleaning sector;
• Good presentation and good command of the national language (oral and written);
• Mastery of Portuguese, a major asset;
• Good knowledge of IT tools (Office Suite);
• Ability to adapt to the tools and organization of the company;
• Good personal organization, autonomy, flexibility, and analytical skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers;
• Clean criminal record and clean extract from the debt collection register;
• Category B driving license.
