Your tasks

• You care for and accompany our residents in a professional, individual and resource-oriented manner.
• You organize the care process in a professional and responsible manner.
• As the person in charge of the day, you guide the day and ensure, with the team, a smooth process.
• You are responsible for the emergency telephone for the entire house and provide professional support, if necessary.
• You actively contribute your professional competence and your ideas to everyday care.

What you bring:

• A degree in nursing (HF) or an equivalent recognition.
• Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
• Joy and empathy in contact with elderly people.
• Responsibility, autonomy and great social competence.
• Team spirit and a willingness to find solutions together.
