ICT Manager (m/f/d) You want to actively contribute to shaping the digital capabilities of a leading professional association? As an ICT manager, you will play a key role in the digital development of the Swiss Bankers Association (ASB), both for our secretariat and for our members. Combining strategic vision and implementation capability, you will ensure, with your team, that our ICT infrastructure is efficient, secure, and forward-looking. Start date: autumn 2026 or by agreement ICT Manager (m/f/d) Your tasks: In this key role, you will actively participate in the development of the ICT strategy and drive major digital initiatives. You will lead your team clearly, allowing for individual responsibility while ensuring the stable and secure operation of systems and platforms. You will be part of the management team of the Head of Operations and Services (member of the Executive Board). Strategic development of ICT and digital platforms for members Ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation of ICT (infrastructure, applications, platforms, support, data management) Leading central digitization and ICT projects, from conception to effective implementation Stakeholder management, both internally and externally (vis-à-vis users and members) Structuring and prioritizing business needs and translating them into viable solutions Responsibility for ICT security, data security, and technology-related risks (including SCI) Leading, developing, and supporting the six employees of the ICT team Your profile: Professional training and experience Versatile ICT professional with several years of professional experience and management in a similar leadership function in the ICT field, ideally in an association or in the financial sector University degree or equivalent education in computer science, business informatics, or a related field Proven experience in leading complex ICT and digitization projects, including solid methodological skills in project management and collaboration with different stakeholders Sound knowledge of governance, risk management, and security, as well as experience in business analysis and process management Personal qualities and skills Results-oriented and respectful leadership personality with clear communication and great confidence in dealing with management Strategic and analytical mindset, combined with a high ability to design, a sense of implementation, and a "hands-on" mentality Ability to involve different stakeholders and guide them towards common goals Great sense of responsibility, reliability, and willingness to innovate Fluency in German as well as good knowledge of English; fluency in French is an asset We offer: In this position, you will advance the digital development of the ASB and contribute to sustainably strengthening the efficiency of a major professional association.
