In this role, your mission will be to: * Develop an authentic, creative and generous Italian cuisine, based on fresh and seasonal products. * Actively participate in production and guarantee the quality, regularity and presentation of the dishes. * Design menus, seasonal suggestions and event offers in compliance with the identity of the restaurant. * Organize and supervise the work of the brigade in order to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Supervise, train and support collaborators by passing on your expertise. * Manage orders, stocks, inventories, costs and food ratios. * Guarantee compliance with HACCP standards as well as the cleanliness of the premises, equipment and production areas. Your profile: * You have at least five years of experience as a Head Chef, ideally in an Italian restaurant. * You master the products, recipes and techniques specific to Italian gastronomy. * Passionate and creative, you combine authenticity, generosity and careful presentation. * A field manager, you know how to unite, organize and advance your brigade. * Reactive and organized, you keep your calm and efficiency during high-activity services. * You master the operational and financial management of a kitchen as well as HACCP standards. * You hold a CFC as a cook or an equivalent title and master French.
