Watch Sales Advisor (M/F/X) Human Talents is looking for, for one of its clients, a reference boutique in the field of haute horlogerie and jewelry located on the Arc lémanique, a young talent passionate about watchmaking and driven by the desire to offer a unique customer experience. Your mission You welcome and accompany each customer with attention and professionalism in order to understand their expectations and to propose the most appropriate timepieces or jewelry items. Through the quality of your advice, your knowledge of the pieces and your sense of service, you contribute to creating a privileged and lasting relationship with the clientele. Your responsibilities Welcome and accompany customers throughout their visit Identify their expectations and propose pieces adapted to their tastes and needs Present with precision the technical characteristics, the history and the particularities of the different timepieces Offer a personalized experience, in accordance with the standards of the luxury sector Develop and maintain lasting relationships with the clientele Ensure the follow-up of sales and customer requests Ensure the quality of the boutique's presentation and its image Stay informed of news and watchmaking current events Your profile Higher commercial training (EHL) or CFC d’employé de commerce or a title deemed equivalent Confirmed experience in the sale of luxury products, ideally in prestige watchmaking Excellent watchmaking culture and interest in jewelry Very good sense of welcome, advice and service Mastery of sales and loyalty techniques Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and ease in relationships Fluent mastery of French and English Diplomatic, discreet, rigorous and solution-oriented personality Team spirit and ability to evolve in a demanding environment Our client offers the opportunity to join a prestigious environment, to develop a solid watchmaking culture and to progressively acquire the necessary skills to offer a first-class customer experience.
