ICT IAM (Identity & Access Management) Systems Engineer

Your contribution

• Ensure the planning, design, development, and implementation of the IAM platform: specify, evaluate, configure, and implement the infrastructural components of the IAM platform
• Implement lifecycle management: plan and execute maintenance, updates, and release management as well as ensure communication with stakeholders
• Integrate applications: provide consultancy to user teams, apply role and authorization models, as well as configure interfaces
• Process <<incidents>>: analyze failures, initiate appropriate measures, and contribute to the rapid restoration of operations
• Ensure quality, security, and operational continuity: test releases, follow tests, guarantee system monitoring, identify and implement potential improvements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders: identify specialist requirements, develop solution models (<<concepts>>) and operational documentation, follow penetration tests (<<pentest>>) and contribute to further development in DevSecOps mode

What distinguishes you

• University degree (bachelor/master) in computer science or equivalent training in the IT sector
• Several years of practical experience in the operation, support, or engineering of an IAM solution in a complex environment
• Solid technical understanding of IAM topics (e.g., identity management, authentication, authorization, role and authorization models, interfaces with target systems)
• Practical experience with agile process models (preferably SAFe) as well as with tools and processes in a DevSecOps environment
• Structured, autonomous, and reliable way of working as well as strong communication and coordination skills
