Your tasks Leadership or establishment of a children's group Pedagogical support and promotion of the children Cooperation with parents, female and male colleagues as well as other specialists Co-design and further development of the pedagogical daily life Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks within the framework of the group leadership Your profile Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ Kind or an equivalently recognized training Reliability, sense of responsibility and initiative Joy in working with children and in a team Experience as a group leader is an advantage Experience in the training of apprentices is welcome.
