Our long-standing client is looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Logistics (m/f). The industrial company operates worldwide and provides its customers with unique and individual machines. We are addressing an uncomplicated personality who is used to taking responsibility and working efficiently.

Your Task ##

• Independent management and monitoring of the entire accounts payable accounting, including the processing and reconciliation of intra-group business transactions (Intercompany)
• Active participation in the further development of digital financial processes as well as the continuous optimization of existing processes
• Independent checking, posting and administration of employee expenses as well as travel expense reports in compliance with the applicable guidelines
• Control and plausibility check of the VAT returns as well as ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements
• Maintenance and quality assurance of the financial master data as well as support for the accounts receivable accounting in day-to-day operations

Your Profile ##

• Commercial training with further training in accounting necessary
• Several years of experience in accounting required
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Fluent English skills in spoken and written form required
• Structured way of working with a high affinity for numbers and process understanding
