Job description
The Verein Chinderhuus operates a daycare center with 24 places in Ins. It is committed to professional care, education and upbringing, to the compatibility of family and career and good working conditions. We value a need-based caregiver-to-child ratio that exceeds the cantonal legal requirements. We maintain a network with regional institutions and partners of early childhood. Due to the geographical location on the language border with French-speaking Switzerland, the acquisition of the German language receives an important aspect in our pedagogical work. We offer children from the age of 3 months up to and including the first kindergarten year in a mixed-age group a loving and stimulating space for growing and discovering. To complement our team, we are looking for a passionate and experienced pedagogical specialist (80 to 100%) from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Planning and implementation of pedagogical offers and projects that are tailored to the needs and interests of the children
Creating an atmosphere in which children feel comfortable and can develop their abilities
Implementation of the pedagogical concept, in cooperation with the team
Active participation in the shaping and further development of our pedagogical work and implementation of the orientation framework for early childhood education, care and upbringing
Partnership-based cooperation with parents and legal guardians.
Constructive and solution-oriented team cooperation
What you bring with you

A completed apprenticeship as Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) or a state-recognized specialist in the field of childcare and several years of professional experience
Further training as Kindheitspädagog:in HF desired
Enthusiasm and passion for working with children
A high motivation, desire to help shape and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Willingness to take responsibility for pedagogical subject areas
