For our Marketing team, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) 100% Your tasks: • Organization, implementation, documentation of shows, events, workshops including support for promotions • Reception, care and farewell of artists, managers and implementation of the agreed framework conditions (light, sound, etc.) and responsible for the flawless execution of events • Close cooperation and internal coordination of specialist departments during events, e.g. security, reception, gastronomy service • Accompanying/conducting external events (VIP) including networking and moderation of various events and maintaining and further developing marketing documentation (CRM) • Jointly responsible for a flawless, strategically designed POS • Support for photo shoots and film shoots for commercials and image videos • Care of the website with a focus on events and conducting check-ups on ticket sales, if necessary, initiating sales promotion measures after consultation with the Marketing department head • Conception, planning and coordination of advertising measures including continuous monitoring and updating according to the marketing plan Your profile: • Completed vocational basic training and further education in the field of marketing with a focus on events • Experience in event management (advantageous in the entertainment/casino industry) • Very good German language skills and French language skills (level C2) • Empathetic, creative, fair, discreet, very independent and structured as well as winning network personality with entertainer qualities • Willingness to work irregular hours (night/evening, weekend, holiday) • Impeccable reputation (no entries in the criminal record or debt collection register extract) Our offer: • Established, international team in one of the most beautiful A-casinos in Switzerland • A lot of creative leeway and exciting challenges in a playful industry • Attractive employment conditions and good social benefits • Very good infrastructure (airport, train station, parking available) and a variety of incentives Do you recognize yourself in our desired profile and do you want to take on the challenges of our event management?
