To complement our existing team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a: Mechanic and employee in technical building maintenance 100% Mechanic and employee in technical building maintenance 100% Varied and exciting - your main activities include: Workshop – service and repairs Repair and service work on machines for floor layers (e.g., Teflon vacuum cleaners, various grinding machines, turbo strippers, etc.) Electrical safety tests/device tests Participation in technical building maintenance Maintenance and care of all indoor and outdoor facilities Monitoring and operation of technical systems (heating, ventilation, security systems, etc.) Organization and accompaniment of maintenance and repair work On-site contact person for tenants, employees and external service providers Support during move-ins and move-outs as well as internal moves Monitoring compliance with house rules and safety regulations Independent and team-oriented - you bring with you: Completed manual/mechanical training Experience in the repair of small machines Professional experience in the technical maintenance of commercial or industrial real estate is an advantage Independent, reliable and flexible way of working Good technical understanding and manual dexterity Resilience, organizational ability and commitment Driver's license Cat.
