In the context of multi-story property construction (PPE), we are looking for a PPE Advisor. You advise and accompany buyers in their finishing choices as well as in their modification requests. You analyze their needs, solicit offers from partners and subcontractors to establish quotes, and then coordinate their implementation with the work team. You ensure compliance with validation milestones, organize intermediate visits, ensure invoicing and accompany buyers until delivery and reception of their housing. You guarantee rigorous traceability by keeping all documents up to date, validating and filing them in a structured manner. Missions: Accompany and support buyers in the PPE process (choices, modifications, deadlines, costs). Advise clients on their finishing, material and option choices. Collect and quantify modification requests with the help of partners and subcontractors. Have quotes validated and transmit decisions to the project team and companies. Monitor the implementation of modifications on plans and on site. Ensure compliance with key milestones and remind stakeholders. Organize technical visits and intermediate validations. Manage reservations related to choices and ensure their removal. Ensure invoicing and payment tracking for modifications. Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation. Comply with current legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. SIA 118). Participate in the improvement of internal processes and the development of monitoring tools. Contribute to costing and submissions specific to modifications and variants. You bring: Interior architecture training (HES/ES) or architecture/building technology; or equivalent. Confirmed experience (min. 2-5 years) in accompanying PPE buyers/finishing choices/showrooms in Switzerland. Excellent command of French (spoken/written); German and/or English, an asset. Solid technical coordination and plan reading skills. Mastering of office tools (MS Office); knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit, an asset. Developed aesthetic sense and knowledge of materials, finishes and suppliers. Documentary rigor, sense of planning and strict respect for milestones. Excellent relational and diplomatic skills; ability to explain technical constraints and arbitrate. Customer and results-oriented; ability to manage several lots/apartments in parallel.
