What awaits you

• Coordination and organization of our outpatient clinics
• Planning of appointments, various examinations and interventions
• Patient reception
• Providing telephone and written information to patients, referrers and internal contact persons
• Performing general administrative tasks (without medical letters or medical reports)
• Contributing ideas for the optimization of processes

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Medical Secretary or med. Practice Assistant, ideally with professional experience
• Service-oriented, organizational strength and exact way of working
• Quick comprehension and empathetic interaction with people
• Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
• Very good German skills (written and oral) and good oral French skills
