Tasks
Care for and support our residents within the framework of the primary nursing system
Taking over responsibility in the nursing process - within the framework of the competence regulation
Contributing to a smooth process in the function of daily responsibility
Active participation in specialist and project groups
Shaping a respectful, professional interaction with residents and relatives
Your strengths
Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalent training
Experience in the healthcare sector
Clear and target-group-oriented communication with residents, relatives, as well as employees
Enthusiasm for long-term care
Structured, solution-oriented working
High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
very good German skills (oral & written)
