Les Transports Publics Neuchâtelois SA (transN) are the result of successive mergers of companies in the canton of Neuchâtel. Specializing in the operation of a public rail and road transport network, both urban and regional, we transport millions of travelers per year on 38 lines and 293 km of network. To complete our staff, we are looking for a Project Manager Project Manager Goals of the function - Responsibility for the entire data flow (concerning mainly passenger information but also video surveillance and passenger counting) and the interface with other companies, such as BERNMOBIL, SKI and CFF. - Field troubleshooting support, concerning mainly but not limited to passenger information systems - Support function in financial monitoring and global planning of projects - Implementation of occasional missions in the form of projects within the technical department - Ultimately: commercial negotiation with suppliers of passenger information systems - Ultimately: construction of the architecture of a new set of databases to collect, in a coherent and synchronized system, information concerning passenger information and the energy consumption of future electric buses Description of tasks and responsibilities - Takeover of the TMS (Train Management System) railway system development project at transN - Creation and updating of directives and procedures to organize knowledge in a simple and rational system - Ability to act (diagnose and correct) on the 24V system onboard vehicles - Participate in specialized SKI sessions for legal monitoring - Elaborate strategies to improve the data flow (mainly passenger information) between the different parties - Technological monitoring of passenger information systems, with participation in conferences in Switzerland and Europe Education / Technical skills - Tertiary education (ES, HES, UNI, EPF) in technical fields, in particular on industrial systems (Systems Engineering) or on automation - Skills in project management, planning and reporting - Holder of training or basic experience in the field of passenger information in public transport - Ability to finalize change (Change Management) - Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity to anticipate problems - Holder of a category B driving license - Category D driving license is a plus - Knowledge of the French and English languages.
