What you can achieve

• Support production with quality-relevant questions and troubleshooting
• Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Configuration Management, Production, Supply Chain and the customer to ensure product quality
• Creation, checking and maintenance of quality plans, testing concepts, testing instructions and evidence
• Processing, evaluation and tracking of Non-Conformances (NCR) and deviations
• Execution and moderation of risk analyses (e.g. PFMEA) as well as derivation of suitable quality measures
• Execution of internal process audits as well as support during customer, authority and certification audits

What you bring with you

• Technical basic training in mechanical engineering/mechanics or electrical engineering, preferably in an aviation environment, further education at tertiary level required (HF, BSc or MSc)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function in industry (production or maintenance quality management of fighter aircraft)
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations (EN 9100, EASA Part-145/Part-21) as well as confident handling of IT and SAP systems
• Strong quality and safety awareness, reliable and responsible personality with high flexibility and "get-the-job-done" mentality
• Team- and solution-oriented demeanor with strong assertiveness and communication skills as well as business fluent German and English skills (at least level B2)
• Experience in project management is an advantage

About the area

Project RIGI is about building up know-how in the F-35 area. In close cooperation with Lockheed Martin (LM), the F-35s are assembled and equipped in Emmen. The knowledge built up will be very valuable later in maintenance. You can expect the opportunity to actively participate in the creation of a highly complex aircraft and be part of a unique industrial project.
