Your role

• Overall responsibility for the areas of Operations, Production, AVOR, Industrialization, and Technology
• Leadership and further development of the Operations organization as well as the subordinate managers
• Further development of technology, automation, and digitalization within production
• Increase in productivity, quality, delivery performance, and profitability
• Responsibility for the industrialization of new products and customer projects up to stable series production

Your profile

• Technical training with further education at FH, HF, or university level, with in-depth understanding in mechatronics as well as additional business administration qualifications
• Several years of leadership and P&L responsibility in a manufacturing industrial company
• Sound experience in production, industrialization, Lean Management, and process optimization
• Demonstrable success in investment, transformation, and change projects
• Entrepreneurial and implementation-strong personality with strategic thinking abilities
