Your tasks
Technical consulting and support for heating and electrical installers, planners, as well as end customers
Sale of the products and accessories from alpha innotec
Creation of offers and order confirmations
Creation and sending of order dossiers to the installation partners
Support of the field service in technical and sales matters
Conceptual clarifications for customer service, for technical support from device delivery until the expiration of the warranty
Development of the basics for the creation of customer-specific system schematics by the product management
Close cooperation with the Head of Internal Sales and the customer service
Complaint processing, returns and credit notes as well as maintenance of customer data in SAP
Participation in projects
What you bring with you
Completed vocational training in the field of building technology, e.g., as a building technology planner, heating or electrical installer or comparable qualification
Profound specialist knowledge in the field of heating and hydraulic technology
Experience in electrical engineering as well as with heat pumps
Professional experience in internal sales or in customer care
Commercial further education (e.g., commercial school or technical) is an advantage
Good IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP, ideally Dynamics 365 and SharePoint)
Organizational skills as well as a structured, systematic and analytical way of working
Strong communication skills
Independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working with team spirit and high adherence to deadlines
Language skills in ösisch and Italian are an advantage
