Your activity essentially consists of the following tasks: • Customer care SR • Management / planning / monitoring / of the cleaning staff, team up to 10 employees • Sales / viewings • Quotations / order management • Cooperation / control / supervision of ongoing and completed work • Execution of special cleaning work • Apartment handovers • Active cooperation with the management as well as administrative staff Types of special cleaning: • Move-out cleaning incl. handover guarantee • Construction cleaning • Window cleaning • Carpet cleaning • Floor special cleaning • Basic cleaning You are a professional, reliable, flexible and motivated personality. We require several years of experience in the management of special cleaning. You have completed aerial work platform and safety courses.
